It's a US size 12 and can easily altered. I had taken out the hips a bit but it's a perfect size 12.

Description: The bodice has a slightly scooped neckline that opens up in the back to the waistline. It fits at the hip and flows to the floor. The dress is made from two layers. The top is a silk mesh with thousands of sequins and crystals draped over a silk charmuese underlayer. Back zips to the waist with an open key hole. It is one of Jenny Packham's classic designs.
