This dress is brand new, tags still on, and has never been worn. It was ordered in September of 2017 and just came in last week (12/29/2017). I had some regrets after purchasing as I did not feel it was 'The Dress' for me. I ultimately decided to buy a new dress, and try and sell this gorgeous gown to someone that will love it!
