This is a lovely dress from the (short lived) Shop Ruche (shopruche.com) wedding collection. I bought it September of 2014, and loved it, but changed my mind about the style of dress I was looking for. It was never worn, aside from a few try-on sessions (the dress did not leave my house). It has been stored in dress bag in a smoke-free home inhabited by one dog.
This dress would be suited to a casual wedding, a wedding reception or perfect for a bridesmaid. It's very comfortable and flowy. On me (I'm 5 foot 7 inches, 135lb) the dress just barely skims the ground when wearing flats. The base layer of the dress - it's a slip, really - is made of soft cotton. The lace on the bodice is crocheted. The lace along the hem of the slip (it peeks out from the bottom) is finer. It can be worn with a strapless bra.
