Essense of Australia D1562 Beach unclassified dresses

I was a bride who bought two, and this is the dress that came in second.  It is a beautiful dress that needs a good home!  It was a sample gown, so it is brand new and unaltered but with a few signs of being shop-worn.  The most notable flaw is a rip in the side seem (picture included); however, as long as the bride is smaller than a size 12, the location is where a seamstress would take the dress in anyway!  The dress has been kept in the shop's garment bag in a smoke-free, pet-free home.

I've included pictures of the known flaws.  As mentioned, there is a rip in the sideseam.  Due to being a sample, there is some wear in the edging on the illusion neck just under the arms; under one arm it is a little frayed and under the other it has come loose in one spot (the seamstress I visited said this was easily fixed).  Several of the appliques are beginning to fray at the edges.  Also, I discovered three tiny holes in the tulle overlay (so unnoticable the camera couldn't even pick them up).

The shop I bought this from said the retail price was $1998 but sold it to me for $925 taking into account that it was a sample and had the rip.  They did not disclose any of the other flaws I mentioned.  Being somewhat of a perfectionist, I noticed them, but none of them would have kept me from wearing the gown on my wedding day--I just decided I wanted a ballgown instead of a mermaid.
