This dress Tara Keely dress is brand new. It has never been altered. I fell in love with this dress at first sight. Due to covid 19, we canceled our huge wedding last year and decided to do it Justice of the peace style so I never got a chance to wear it. It's beautiful and for sure an eye catcher.
